Twist and tear the capsule, pour the dose of oil into your hands and warm between your palms.

Gently press into the face and neck in upwards motions. Can be used morning and evening, apply to clean skin as the final step in your skincare routine (before SPF in the AM).

Use the roller in upward motions starting from the centre of your face working outwards.

Sweep the gua sha along the jawline, cheekbones and forehead in long, slow strokes again working upwards and outwards. For best results, use for 5 minutes daily.

Clean tool after each use.

Chill in the fridge for extra depuffing.
