Was sent the wrong item. Not impressed as out of pocket now as had to pay postage to return.

The order didn't arrive and I've had no refund.

The order didn't arrive. On the tracking it says it was returned to the sender. I emailed asking what had happened and seeking a refund and had no response. Terrible servive.

Uncomfortable to sleep in

This is a quality product but because it is firm foam it is very uncomfortable to sleep in unfortunately

I didn't think anything would work without heat but this did the job. Easy to use, nice thickness to the curler and produces lovely curls. Quite difficult to use the first time but the more you use it the easier ot gets.
