All orders are shipped from our warehouse in the United Kingdom.
For orders outside of the UK, you are responsible for any customs payments for deliveries.
Please note that our business days are Monday to Friday (excluding UK public holidays). Delivery times are based on orders placed before 2pm on any given business day. We aim to meet these delivery times, however these are an estimate and are not guaranteed.
During particularly busy periods, orders may take a little longer to get to you.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please contact us at info@rehabyourhair.com. To return the unused products to us, they must be in their original condition within 14 days of receipt with a proof of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund for products which have been opened, used, damaged by you after receipt or are not in a condition for resale. We reserve the right to refuse returns of any goods that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
EXCHANGES
We might be able to offer a replacement product or exchange, for goods you received defective or damaged.

RETURNING GOODS
We regret that we cannot reimburse postage costs, for items delivered or returned.
We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
REFUND
After contacting us by email, we will refund your product as quickly as possible by sending the money back to your original payment method.
