REHAB. Shampoo & Conditioner Sheets Set

Didn’t bubble as much as I thought maybe I did something wrong. But good alternative for when I travel with hand luggage

The actual sheets inside the packaging and the paper they were in stunk so badly of rotten fish urine and nicotine. I emailed customer services got a one sentence reply saying they’d send out another box which they did that arrived and smelt exactly the same so dreadful it stunk the house out and I asked several people to smell the actual sheets you use on your hair and they agreed. I offered to send them back to investigate as I noted made in China I thought possibly contaminated by rats or something so obviously I felt not safe to use on my hair. I’ve purchased a number of times and spent a lot of money buying for friends and family and had a couple of sheets from left from a previous order so know well how they should smell. To receive no acknowledgment or consideration of investigating this was shocking. They did refund my £40 order for the shampoo sheets and conditioner sheets but no acknowledgement or apology of a reply to my second email highlighting the clearly obvious problem which is alarming as it could be serious health problem putting something on your hair/skin that smells not like it usually does so I have two boxes of conditioner and shampoo sheets that wreak of urine, nicotine and rotten fish. It’s not the packaging alone it’s the actual sheets within that smell like this even more strongly so the smell seems like it’s coming from whatever has got into the sheets during or after making I would say but certainly not something to be ignored not even responded to the second time it happened I just received a notification that I was being refunded nothing else’s- appalling customer care. The way it’s not been dealt with has made a once loyal customer and friends and family not trust the brand and its products any longer

honestly love these sheets, firstly the concept of sheets and the packaging of the sheet being able to be washed away is fantastic. i’ve always suffered with psoriasis / dry scalp and these in combo with some other products are the only thing that keep it away honestly! my only reason for not giving it a 5* is the conditioner, i have quite long thick hair and it just never seems to be enough for my hair in just one sheet but honestly these are always my go to product for hair! i just wish they weren’t as pricey haha! but you get the quality you pay for 100%!

This review is mainly for the postpartum mums! I now have a 6 month old but for the last few months I have lost a lot of hair, when I mean a lot...I mean like hand fulls and even got patches. I invested in REHAB and from the very first wash I honestly noticed a difference paired with the oils, I can finally feel a little bit like me again xx

I love the shampoo sheets, I have repeatedly bought them. I love the eco packaging, the light weight item, the shampoo foams up and my hair always feels super clean and fresh.
This is the first time I’ve bought the conditioner sheets - so disappointed. The first time I must have added too much water so the sheet wasn’t foaming or doing anything but disappearing. I applied it best I could, combed through and waited 3 mins. My hair was mattered and knotted. I could barely get my rehab brush through the roots. I used my oil dose 1.0 to help the process. My hair felt so dry and nothing like it usually does. I tried again, much more foam and a better application, waited 3 mins and rinsed out - awful again. My hair goes beyond dry and knotty. I can’t brush it and it feels like fake wet Barbie hair. I’ve never experience this before, I wondered if anyone has had this experience?
I love the shampoo sheets, pre wash oil, dose 1.0 oil, my hair brush and recently got the perfume too. I will re buy all the above but not the conditioner.
