Sleep Mask Lip Oil:
Gently squeeze the tube to release the oil and glide over lips using the cooling metal applicator. Apply before bed and leave on overnight.

Dose 3.0 Sleep Serum Hair Oil:
For use at night on dry or damp hair.
1. Twist or cut the capsule and pour the dose of oil into your hands.
2. Rub the oil in between your hands to form an even coating.
3. Distribute through the lengths and ends of the hair.
