Your satisfaction is our top priority and we will do what we can to ensure your happiness with every purchase. 

To return the unused products to us, they must be in their original condition within 14 days of receipt with a proof of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund for products which have been opened, used, damaged by you after receipt or are not in a condition for resale. We reserve the right to refuse returns of any goods that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

RETURNING GOODS

We regret that we cannot reimburse postage costs, for items delivered or returned.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
