1. For use on dry hair, before shampooing.
2. Twist and tear open the capsule.
3. Apply the oil to parted hair, directly to the scalp, gently massage for 3-5 minutes.
4. Leave for up to 4 hours before washing thoroughly.
5. Drop your empty capsule into hot water and watch it dissolve.

For best results, massage your scalp well before applying the oil to stimulate the hair follicles. Use 1-2 times per week.
