oiled skin to provide enough slip for the tool. Apply light to medium pressure, focusing on areas that feel tight or tense. The perfect pairing to our Dose Energise Body Oil for supercharged results.

Twist and tear the capsule, pour the dose of oil into your
hands. Massage into clean, dry skin using firm, upward strokes. Focus on areas that feel heavy, dry or dull.
