Faulty Lid?

I was so excited to order the SP 15 lip gloss as I suffer from cold sores in the Sun. I love the new smooth adapter and the product. However, the lid does not stay on and therefore all the product leaked all over my make up bag so got wasted. Very disappointing. Is this something that has happened to everyone or have I just got a dodgy lid?

I genuinely love alot of the rehab products, especially the hair oils. However this lip oil just isnt the one.

Positives love the tint it has, love the applicator, even the oil feels nice.

However, my only negative is that it dries my lips out, making them feel drier and not nourished at all. Not sure if its something in the product but i wouldnt purchase this again.
