I live outside of the UK, can I subscribe?
Unfortunately, subscription is only available for our UK customers currently and we are also limited to 1,000 memberships. Keep an eye out for when we expand this programme further!

Is there a minimum subscription length?
Yes, our subscription requires a minimum commitment of three orders. After that, you can reschedule, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time.
Will I be charged automatically?
Yes, your payment method will be automatically charged based on the subscription frequency you've selected.
Will I receive a reminder before my subscription renews?
Yes, we'll send you a reminder email 5 days before your next delivery so you can make any changes if needed.
Do I still qualify for other promotions or discounts?
Subscription orders are already discounted by 30% with free UK shipping, so they don't qualify for additional promotions or discounts.
Are there any hidden fees?
No, there are no hidden fees. You'll only be charged the discounted price of the product, and free UK delivery is always included.
Can I subscribe to more than one product?

Can I change my subscription oil to try a different one?
Yes, you can switch your subscription to a different oil after the initial three-order commitment. Simply update your subscription in your account settings.
What's the best frequency to select?
It depends on your usage. If you use your oil daily, we recommend a monthly subscription to avoid running out. For less frequent use, every 2 or 3 months might be more suitable.
What happens if my payment fails?
If your payment fails, we'll notify you immediately via email and try to process the payment again. You'll have the option to update your payment method in your account.
What happens if I run out before my next delivery?
You can place a one-time order if you need your favourite product sooner.
What if the product I'm subscribed to is out of stock?
As a subscriber, you're our priority. Even if the product is out of stock online, we'll ensure it's delivered to you on schedule. If there's ever an unexpected delay, we'll notify you and provide updates promptly.
What if I need to change my delivery address?
