Face Oil: Twist and tear the capsule, pour the dose of oil into your hands and warm between your palms. Gently press into the face and neck in upwards motions. Use morning and
evening, apply to clean skin as the final step in your skincare routine (before SPF in the AM).
Can also be mixed with moisturiser for a boost of hydration and glow.

Dose Sleep Body Oil: Twist and tear the capsule. Pour the dose of oil into your hands and apply to the body, focusing on any areas that get extra dry. For best results, pair with our
Body Milk, mix or apply the oil on top for supercharged results. Drop the empty biodegradable capsule into hot water to dissolve.

Dose 3.0 Sleep Hair Oil: For use at night on dry or damp hair. Twist or cut the capsule and pour the dose of oil into your hands. Rub the oil in between your hands to form an even
coating. Distribute through the lengths and ends of the hair. Drop your empty biodegradable capsule into hot water to dissolve.

No need to rinse off but can be applied to hair the night before wash day. For best results, use 1-2 nights per week and sleep with hair in a protective style.

Dose 0 Matcha Hair Oil: For use on dry hair, before shampooing. Twist and tear open the capsule. Apply the oil to parted hair, directly to the scalp, gently massage for 3-5 minutes.
Leave for up to 4 hours before washing thoroughly. Drop your empty capsule into hot water and watch it dissolve. For best results, massage your scalp well before applying the oil to stimulate the hair follicles. Use 1-2 times per week.

Dose 2.0 High Shine Hair Oil: For use on dry hair, post-styling, for a glossy finish with humidity resistance. Twist or cut the capsule and pour the dose of oil into your hands. Rub
the oil in between your hands to warm it up and form an even coating. Smooth the oil over your hair, focusing on the mid-lengths to ends and any areas prone to frizz and fly-aways.
Drop your empty biodegradable capsule into hot water and watch it dissolve.
